Rheoline MFR Lite

Our Multi-Function Rheometers are capable of fulfilling tasks of both a Moving Die Rheometer (MDR) and a Dynamic Shear Rheometer (DSR).

Design conforms to ISO 6502 / ISO 13145 ASTM D5289 / ASTM D6048 / ASTM D6204 ASTM D6601 / ASTM 7605 DIN 53529 standards



Utilising a new generation In-line Servo Motor coupled with digital servo drive technology, the Rheoline Multi-Function Rheometer Lite is complete with our Labline Lite software to ensure the highest standards precision of analytical and statistical data of elastomeric properties.

The instrument can be used firstly at lower temperatures and frequencies to study the process of polymers, secondly as a standard MDR and thirdly as a dynamic mechanical analyser to evaluate the cured properties of materials.

The temperature control of the dies gives an impressive variation of ± 0.03 °C from the set point. Should you require temperature assistance for operations like a Temperature Sweep, an Air Cooling System comes as an available upgrade or included in our Multi-Function Rheometer.

This instrument comes with a set of pre-programmed tests and allows full flexibility giving the user complete control of the test stages. The Labline Lite software offers

– A rheometer is a laboratory device used to measure the way in which a liquid, suspension or slurry flows in response to applied forces
– It is used for those fluids which cannot be defined by a single value of viscosity and therefore require more parameters to be set and measured than is the case for a viscometer.
Rheoline Auto-Load
Fully-Automatic 16 sample loader

The Auto-Load comes complete with three sample trays; each tray contains 16 sample slots. Samples are placed on the tray slots, one tray at a time is inserted into the loader, and the samples are then transferred automatically to the die cavity by way of a fabric belt.

The operator has the simple task of loading samples into the Auto-Test designated loading slots. The maximum number of samples loaded at one time is four, with the option to load an additional sample after each test (if required).

Volumetric Sample Cutter
Our Rheoline Volumetric Sample Cutter can be relied upon to provide consistent samples of volume and size to be inserted into the die cavity.
This ergonomic designed pneumatic system enables precise user defined volume of uncured rubber and polymer material. The conveniently positioned and comfortable buttons are designed to work simultaneously to provide a safe working environment.
